Zurich Tower - 118 Mount Street

Slattery provided full quantity surveying services on this exciting project, to be a new 29 storey (incl. 2 levels of roof top plant and 3 basements) PCA A Grade, 5 star Green Star and 5 star NABERS commercial building with 6 lifts and floor plates in the order of 893m² NLA.

The project’s objectives include the highest quality architectural and urban design solutions including contextually appropriate which will enhance the precinct and improve the public domain; a creative, contemporary architectural response with high ESD. The building was designed by FJMT.
