Senior / Associate / Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor, QLD

Our Queensland team is growing and has an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor at one of the following levels:

  • Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Associate Quantity Surveyor
  • Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor

Working closely with a director, you will work within a small team leading and supporting small, medium and large-scale projects which span across a variety of sectors. Experience gained within the aviation sector would be advantageous. Key aspects of this role include:

  • Management of small, medium and large-scale projects end to end
  • Client leadership and stakeholder management
  • Undertaking benchmarking, tender analysis and reporting
  • Lead small project teams providing briefings, monitoring task progress and sharing feedback and development actions on all delegated work
  • Supporting business development activities

Associate, NSW

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our New South Wales team. Working closely with our national leadership group, you’ll manage small, medium, and large scale projects across a wide variety of sectors. Experience working with commercial or residential clients would be advantageous. Key aspects of this role include:

  • Management of small, medium and large-scale projects end to end
  • Client leadership and stakeholder management
  • Delivery of pre and post contract assignments
  • Undertaking benchmarking, tender analysis and reporting
  • Lead small project teams providing briefings, monitoring task progress and sharing feedback and development actions on all delegated work
  • Supporting business development activities

Our National MEP team work on projects with key clients including Melbourne Airport, UNSW and Queensland Health. To support growth, we are expanding and seek expressions of interest from MEP specialists from Quantity Surveyor to Associate level with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience. We are looking for Quantity Surveyors, Estimators or Project Engineers with MEP backgrounds (preferably electrical or mechanical) who are interested in exploring opportunities with us.

Critical to your success will be your strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills. You will partner closely with our State Directors, Project Leads, and Quantity Surveying and Infrastructure teams to deliver work which exceeds our clients’ expectations and embeds our reputation as a trusted advisor.
