Slattery was engaged in late 2019 to provide full quantity surveying services for Everland’s new CBD office tower, to be designed by a competition winning architect to provide a new distractive architectural contribution to the city of Melbourne. It will comprise of approximately 50 levels, a basement, ground floor retail and a podium of co-working spaces and 3rd space offering (function space/catering offering for tenants etc.) The brief is for a 6-star Green Star Rating. Design commenced in October 2019. Construction is due to commence in December 2021 with completion due for July 2024.
