Cockle Bay Park, Darling Harbour

Slattery was engaged by Wilkinson Eyre for quantity surveying services, including design competition stage cost planning services, and strategic advice to the architect with respect to design cost options. The completed building will deliver over 75,000m2 NLA/GLAR of premium Grade commercial office space and retail space close to the Darling Harbour in the heart of Sydney CBD.  The project includes the construction of a land bridge and associated park on top of the existing western distributer and includes significant buildability challenges.

It is being designed to achieve minimum 6 Star Green Star, and 5.5-Star NABERS energy ratings.
