Jam Factory, South Yarra

Slattery have been engaged to assist Newmark Capital and GurnerTM with the feasibility and schematic design phases of the full redevelopment of the Jam Factory, South Yarra. This is currently one of the largest active retail and commercial development projects in Australia with over 40,000m2 of basement, 20,000m2 of retail and 40,000m2 of commercial office space, 13,000m2 of Hotel and 73,000m3 of Residential apartments currently proposed. We are actively involved in costing multiple options of both scope and delivery methodology with the site and surrounds commanding complex solutions to overcome significant challenges.
