80 Cecil Street, South Melbourne

Slattery was engaged to provide cost management services to 80 Cecil Street Melbourne. The project includes constructing a new 35,000sqm office building. The remaining space is dedicated to three basement levels, with 800 square metres of retail space, building services and various communal and terrace spaces. The Cecil Street project aims to bring a new large format commercial office dynamic to South Melbourne.
