63-83 Walker Street a proposed blood red, 27-storey North Sydney tower, inspired by the waratah, is being billed as “a new sculpture in the heart of the city.” The curved tower designed by Woods Bagot incorporates a through-site link, a central atrium space, and flexible office floor plates. In total it will have 30,000 square metres of NLA and a building area of 47,000 m2. One of the key features of the building is a sculptural roof crown which fully encapsulates a roof terrace providing expansive views of the Sydney skyline. The PCA A Grade development will target 5.5 star NABERS energy rating with a 6 Star Green star rating and Platinum WELL rating. Slattery has been engaged by the developer Thirdi Group to provide cost management services for the development of this conic tower in North Sydney.
