The refurbishment of an existing 11 level office building comprising 8,800sqm. The refurbishment included new base building services, upgrade of the façade and tenancy floor and core upgrades. The objective was to provide an efficient and sustainable building that would be attractive to tenants. Slattery provided full Quantity Surveying services throughout the design and construction of this project. The project was delivered within the client’s budget.
