22 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria

Slattery was engaged by Markam Group for full quantity surveying services for the development of 22 O’Riordan Street Alexandria (29,000m2 GBA). Our services included design competition stage services, awarded to Hassell.
The project includes a through site link with expansive site landscaping and will be designed as a walk up workplace with the inclusion of full atrium and interconnecting stairs to all levels.

The completed building will deliver over 19,000m2 NLA of A-Grade commercial office space, close to the GreenSquare Transport Interchange. It is being designed to achieve minimum 5 Star Green Star, and 5.5-Star NABERS ratings.
