2-4 Blue Street

Slattery is engaged by Thirdi Group for full quantity surveying services for the development of 2-4 Blue Street, North Sydney (20,700m2 GBA). The project consists of a new build PCA A grade commercial development with approx. 15,000m2 of NLA spread across 10 levels. The project includes generous external terrace areas for tenants as well as a unique wellness garden. It is being designed to achieve minimum 5 Star Green Star, and 5.5-Star NABERS energy ratings.
