Slattery was engaged to provide cost management services for the new commercial office development at 77 Waterfront Way Docklands. The building will have a 5-star Nabers Energy rating and 5 Star Greenstar design rating. The project includes level 1 which comprises of a new retail area, retail breakthrough to existing retail centre and main entry lobbies. The building will comprise of a lift rise serving the commercial levels, all retail levels and office space. The area will include bicycle parking, showers and associated lockers, bathrooms and changing areas.
