Located on 130-150 George Street Parramatta, this is a new commercial development of 61,000m2 GBA, recently approved by City of Parramatta, to deliver over 45,000m2 of NLA for Dexus over 33-storeys, providing A-Grade office space. Slattery has been engaged by Dexus to assist them with project cost advice since concept stage, now undergoing design. In addition, Slattery was involved in the design competition for the project.
