This project included significant base building alterations with a 15,000m2 integrated fitout for ATO.  Slattery was appointed to the Financiers Reporting Role. This challenging project involved extending existing floor plates, recladding façade and introducing new interconnecting stairs and lift core structures into an existing occupied building. A key lesson learnt was the benefit of being flexible in relation to resequencing works and staging arrangements in order to maintain overall construction programme on a multi staged project.
