32 Smith Street, Parramatta

Slattery was engaged by GPT Group for full quantity surveying services for the development of 32 Smith Street Parramatta (40,000m2 GBA). Our services included design competition stage services, awarded to Fender Katsalidis, now approved by City of Parramatta for construction. The completed building will deliver over 26,000m2 NLA of A-Grade commercial office space, close to the Parramatta Transport Interchange and Riverbank cultural precinct.  It is being designed to achieve minimum 5 Star Green Star, and 5-Star NABERS ratings.
