85 Spring Street

In early 2019 Anton acquired 85 Spring St, a 15-level commercial office building. The building has been vacant for several years and is now being developed into a new commercial office. Slattery is assisting Anton to produce a high-quality 37 level office building of approximately 42,000sqm. The building will also include a café, lobby and 4 basement levels.
