City of Greater Geelong Civic Accommodation Precinct

The multi-building design of the new civic precinct on 137 Mercer Street includes a sustainable 6-Star Green Star design commercial building with A-grade office space for additional 900 full-time workers in Central Geelong. The project will also include an active public precinct which is accessible to everyone. Construction is expected to begin on the Civic Precinct mid-2020, with the project completion mid- 2022.
