Reece Group Head Office, Cremorne

Reece Group, comprising three entities, Reece, Actrol and Metalflex, with a branch network of over 600 branches and 4,000 staff in Australia and New Zealand, is moving its head office to 57 Balmain Street, Cremorne (the old Rosella factory site) where it will be sole tenant, occupying circa 7,400sqm (400 staff) in a new 7-storey building designed by architect Rothelowman for Zig Inge, minimum 5 Star Green Star rating. Slattery have been appointed to cost manage the fit-out, which is being designed by Futurespace; aiming to be A Grade standard and achieve a 5-Star NABERS water rating.
