Slattery provided full quantity surveying services for this new build. The previous 333 George Street was demolished for the construction of the new building which incorporated the site immediately to the north of the original building.

The new building has curved glass walls and a sculpted crown and is designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating. The full re-construction provided the opportunity to maximise the commercial and retail space, taking an iconic place in Sydney’s CBD.
