Brolga to Emu Railway Duplication

Slattery was appointed by KBR to provide an order of magnitude estimate for the Brolga to Emu Rail Duplication Project for Rio Tinto. The project was located in Western Australia just outside of Karratha and is used to deliver iron ore to the coast. Slattery’s role was to provide the most accurate Cost Estimates possible by using First Principle Estimating techniques. The estimates were produced by using previous project rates, market information and benchmarking material.
