Slattery worked with private student accommodation developer and long-time client UniLodge to design and construct an 850‑bed development in South Brisbane. The project was procured through an early contractor involvement approach implemented by Slattery to achieve the tight timeframes set by UniLodge, with project completion in time for the first semester of 2017. The development also includes communal facilities and retail space.
