Slattery were engaged to provide complete cost management service for the purpose-built student accommodation facility developed by Cedar Pacific and operated by UniLodge.

The project designed, by Nettletontribe architects, consists of 573 single-occupant student apartments, meeting lounge and tea points, sky lounge, shared living areas, shared kitchen and dining area, lounge and games area, gym, laundry, communal study areas, ground‑level garden, roof terrace, and basement bike parking. Slattery prepared cost plans during all the design stages and the project is currently under construction.
