Slattery annually support the Malala Fund through donations from our team on International Women’s Day. The Malala Fund is an organisation focused on achieving educational rights, quality of life and safety for young women around the world. Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani student and education activist who began speaking out for girls’ education at the age of 11. After surviving an assassination attempt by the Taliban at 15, she co-founded Malala Fund with her father Ziauddin. She is the youngest ever Nobel Laureate. Malala currently lives in the U.K. with her family.Slattery has always been an advocate for gender balance and diversity with the firm now celebrating 42% women to 52% men, and being awarded the Property Council of Australia Award for Diversity>250 employees in 2018.
