Slattery was appointed to the UTS Aerial Function Centre to deliver much needed capital upgrades, refreshing both the front of house facility, the operational equipment items and back of house amenities.

Slattery was responsible for the cost management of this fitout of several levels of CBD building into teaching, research and administration areas including lecture theatres, library and post graduate facilities.

The Prentice Building houses the Property and Facilities Management team, the IT team for the university nationwide, the Security team and three of the biggest lecture theatres on campus. The refurbishment included replacement of the façade and all services to deliver a modern, efficient building to these important end users.
