Academic Research Facility, Northern Health

The Academic Research Facility comprises a joint venture between Northern Health and Melbourne and La Trobe Universities to provide an educational, training and research facility for health professionals in the Northern Health region.

This is provided through teaching and training facilities, simulation laboratories, a library, clinical trials and post graduate laboratories with PC2 and wet lab facilities over three levels with a central atrium and undercroft carparking.

The project has been designed to meet a 4 Star Green Star design intent and incorporates many energy and water efficient features.
