John Holland has been engaged to construct the new maintenance facility for the New Intercity Fleet at Kangy Angy, Central Coast, NSW. Slattery is providing cost management services through the design development of the site, assisting John Holland in controlling the costs by identifying changes and allowing John Holland to make informed decisions in regards to the design. The works involved the construction of a new maintenance facility, ancillary building, stabling facilities, civil, structural and utilities works. In addition, Slattery has been providing Life Cycle Costing services.
