Coffs Harbour Bypass, NSW

Roads and Maritime Services is proposing to construct a bypass of Coffs Harbour as part of the M1 Pacific Highway Upgrade program. The works involve the construction of a 14km four lane bypass around Coffs Harbour, three major interchanges, and widen and upgrade approximately 1.7kms of the existing Pacific Highway. Slattery was engaged by Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development and Cities to undertake a cost peer review of Business Case including a review and recalculation of the rates, quantities, risk, cashflow and escalation.
