Regional Rail Link - Work Package A, B, C and G VIC

Regional Rail Link is a major new rail line running from West Werribee to Deer Park and along the existing corridor through suburbs including Sunshine and Footscray to Southern CrossStation. Slattery was appointed as independent estimator for Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) for Work Package A, B, C and G. This project included a number of rail bridges, fly overs, grade separations and infrastructure modifications. Slattery provided independent First Principles Estimates and detailed quantity assessments across all disciplines. Post contract administration roles, deterministic and probabilistic risk assessments were also undertaken. The team provided all estimates within +/-5% of the tender returns from the market.
