Slattery was engaged by Queensland Rail to provide Quantity Surveying and cost estimating services for the construction of either a new maintenance facility in the area at Mayne North Site (Option 1) or to modify the existing travel train maintenance facility within the existing Mayne site (Option 2). Slattery provided +/-30% First Principles Estimates, procurement delivery methods and advice on these two options.
