180 Flinders Street, Melbourne |180 Flinders is an iconic new development located opposite Federation Square in Melbourne, developed by Dexus.   The building is a mixed-use development comprising an A Grade office tower, restored 1899 Ball & Welch heritage building, and an adjoining refurbished eight-floor building at 189 Flinders Lane.  The building works included six new floors on an existing structure – with the provision of new lift cores – and modifying an existing car park to increase capacity. 

Cabrini Hospital, Gandel Wing |The Gandel Wing features a new emergency department, day oncology ward and radiation oncology unit incorporating two treatment bunkers. The project also includes 100 beds across the following wards: coronary care, maternity, aged care/dementia, neurology and respiratory and infectious diseases. The site is confined to a very small footprint and is located within a well-developed urban environment.

MinterEllison Project, Melbourne | The new Minter Ellison workplace occupies 10,700m2 of premium office space in the Collins Arch building at 447 Collins Street, Melbourne.  Occupying over  five and a half levels, the fitout also features a staircase connecting all six levels into existing pre-formed voids in slab and high end acoustic requirements.
