Slattery is thrilled to be nominated for the Award for Diversity

The nomination caps off a sterling year which saw Sarah Slattery appointed to the role of Managing Director, the only Australian quantity surveying firm to be led by a woman.

Sarah Slattery commented, “Slattery has always fostered an inclusive and diverse culture. We are proud that half of our company’s growth sector leaders are women and 40% of our workforce is female, including four of our Directors. At Slattery, diversity is about much more than gender. We celebrate diversity in age, lifestyle choice and culture.”

Across Australia, Slattery staff range in age from 19 to 73, identify with 23 different cultural backgrounds, celebrate 13 different religions and at least 5% of our staff identify as part of the LGBTIQ community. We believe diversity adds strength and unique expertise to our team.

Slattery is also delighted to note the following projects which we have provided cost management advice to, as finalists in the 2018 Property Council Awards:

  • 333 George street, Charter Hall – Finalist for Best Office Development
  • 107 Cambridge street by GURNER – Finalist for Best Residential Development
