Empire Melbourne is a prestigious 61 level high-end apartment tower will comprise 474 apartments, a lobby featuring a café and a full time concierge located onsite. A gymnasium and yoga room will be located on level 9, with a swimming pool, dining rooms and lounges being located on level 31.

Eve Apartments are luxury apartments at affordable prices for the Sydney market. Developed by Fridcorp, the project consists of 196 apartments split over five levels, including basement carparking, sky gardens and a curved façade element. Slattery was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services.

Consisting of two 20 level buildings and a single 9 level block the apartment complex comprises over 470 apartments with basement carpark. Slattery was taken on board to deliver cost management services through all design and construction phases of this project.

Slattery worked with the Dahua group to deliver this design orientated project. The development includes multiple buildings with approximately 350 apartments, pool, communal facilities, terraces, basement carparking and extensive landscaping.

Slattery partnered with the Dahua Group to deliver this high quality apartment building, comprising 91 apartments over 11 levels and were part of the project all through the cost planning and construction phases.

This Poly development comprises 160 apartments over 12 levels with extensive communal facilities and terraces, swimming pool and 170 car spaces in three levels of the basement. Slattery provided full quantity surveying services for the project.
