Slattery were engaged to provide financier quantity surveying services for hotel brand ‘Yotel’, to deliver their flagship Australian property. Yotel offers a modern hotel experience with self-check in, adjustable beds and other extras, and are located in major airports such as Amsterdam Schiphol, London Heathrow and Singapore Changi Airport, where rooms can be booked by the hour.  This new development will see the delivery of 244 rooms in Melbourne city; 20-25% lower than the cost of local premium hotel rates. Guests will also have access to areas for co-working, informal meetings, relaxing and socialising as well as 24/7 gym and a viewing deck with restaurant and bar. Yotel is expected to open in 2022.
