Slattery were engaged on a full service basis for the complete refurbishment of the existing Collins Street retail mall to reposition it in the true luxury brand market, comprising internal demolition of existing structural slabs and reconfiguration to provide double volumes and flat floor links across the new centre, including new facades, 60 retail spaces, balcony food and beverage outlets and food court.
