Slattery provided full cost management and quantity surveying services on this project which includes the redevelopment of three existing operating theatres, one of these is the first new hybrid theatre in Queensland including the reconfiguration of support areas. The theatre refurbishment project, which included new hybrid technology, was undertaken within a fully functioning theatre suite. Access to the site was particularly problematic on this site and Slattery worked closely, both with the Project Management team and the appointed contractor, to seek a suitable outcome. Slattery was a part of the pre-qualification and selection panel for contractors allowing us to be an integral part of the appointment process.
