Slattery was part of a consortium to prepare the Business Case for the redevelopment of Rockhampton Art Gallery for Rockhampton Regional Council. Slattery provided an assessment of the proposed options, enabling the council to develop a clear understanding and finalise their decision making in regards to this vital cultural centre and its potential impact on the region’s liveability and economy. Slattery has an in-depth understanding of Government Business case process and have worked for key Government departments to prepare and deliver robust and compliant Business cases.
