Monash University, Chancellery Building

Slattery was engaged by Monash University to undertake initial cost planning for the Chancellery Building refurbishment which is one of Monash’s original buildings. Due to extensive hazardous materials, Slattery undertook a cost analysis of refurbishing the building versus building new. This cost analysis assisted Monash in planning for the future of the Chancellery Building.
