Karreenga Correctional Facility

Slattery was engaged for the new prison facility adjacent to the existing Marngoneet Correctional Facility in Lara. Slattery delivered cost planning services from design through to construction for the 216-bed medium security prison. The project has provided a number of challenges with a large volume of contractual claims arising from the discovery of latent conditions, design changes and scope revisions.
