Slattery was appointed to provide full cost consultancy services for the prestigious refurbishment and extension of this distinctive landmark. The works comprised the refurbishment of existing façade, entries, function spaces, main hall, administration area, café, offices and the creation of new inter-linking gallery spaces, sound studios, external lift to roof arts incubator and studio spaces, new administration and kitchen areas.
