Slattery provided full cost management services on the $160million Harbord Diggers redevelopment which involved  the construction of a new diggers club, aquatic centre, gym, childcare and 96 apartments made up of 1, 2 and 3 bed units. The total GFA of all areas is 58,000m², spread across 6 blocks. There are 2 levels of basement under the tower above with a total of 618 car parking spaces. The new precinct l offers restaurants, bars and outdoor areas paired with access to premium fitness and aquatic facilities, and well-being services accessible to all residents, a truly intergenerational hub, and a new benchmark in retirement village living; well positioned in the Northern Beaches region.
