CreativeCubes, South Melbourne

Slattery were engaged to provide full cost management services to CreativeCubes, located on 111 Cecil Street. The project includes a partial adaptive re-use of the existing fitout and provision of a new co-working space with F&B offering and a function venue. The project is a standalone fitout of an area approximately 3,800sqm and is anticipated to be completed in February 2020.
