Collingwood Arts Precinct Melbourne

Already home to Circus Oz, the former Collingwood Technical School and TAFE is being revitalised to become a working arts precinct and cultural hub in a self-sustaining social enterprise. Funded by the State Government and many philanthropic partners, the site will be transformed to host multiple artists, organisations and events. Slattery have provided cost management services throughout the Masterplan, Schematic and Design Development phases and tendering processes. CAP will shortly commence its final construction and transition to a new, dynamic arts precinct in inner Melbourne.
