Caulfield Grammar, Senior School Village and New Aquatic Centre

Slattery was awarded the tender to provide cost management services for the design, documentation and construction of a modular solution for Caulfield Grammar School’s (CGS) Senior School Precinct. The project includes removal of old portables and replacement with a large number of high-end modular buildings that cater to growth and include science labs, general learning spaces, staff areas, accommodation for international house, a well-being centre outdoor learning and car-parking reconfiguration.

The new aquatic centre project comprises of a new 60 metre indoor swimming pool plus new changing facilities for students and staff as well as spectator viewing and ancillary flexible spaces. The project also involves interface works with the Lindsay Thompson Centre and includes the refurbishment of some spaces within the centre.
