Completed in February 2015, the facility is a 3,610 sqm, 4 level specialist medical centre located in fast-growing Berwick including two radiotherapy bunkers, consultants suites on Levels 1 and 2, basement car parking and associated external services. The Centre has a key focus on the provision of cancer services including radiotherapy, day oncology and high end diagnostic services. The Centre is leased to St John of God, GenesisCare and MIA Radiology. Slattery provided cost planning through D&C and tender phases, superintendent services during construction including variations, and finally tax depreciation following construction.
