Batesford Reserve Community Hub, City of Monash

A new community hub for the City of Monash which incorporates facilities for various groups including Monash Link, Monash Youth and Family Services, Neighbourhood and Tenancy Association etc. The hub has a strong focus on ESD features including in-ground cooling system labyrinth, building management system with lighting controls, energy management and HVAC, thermal mass walls and structure, evaporative cooling systems, sun shading and double glazing.
