Slattery was engaged to provide quantity surveying services for a mixed-use development by Yarra Hotel Group. This project will see the delivery of a serviced apartment hotel with ground floor retail, a restaurant and sky bar, 5-star lobby and communal space. Approximately 400 premier apartments will span over 39 levels, due for completion in 2021.
