The NSW Architecture Awards 2021 Shortlist has been revealed! Slattery is delighted to see three of our projects included in the list. Nominated across several categories, the projects include Harbord Diggers Club Redevelopment, 32 Smith Street and Wonderland.

Harbord Diggers Club Redevelopment, designed by Architectus, Chrofi and JMD Design, has been shortlisted in the Public Architecture, Residential Architecture- Multiple Housing and Urban Design categories. Our team provided full cost management services for the development which encompasses a new diggers club, aquatic centre, gym, childcare and 96 apartments.

FJMT’s Wonderland has been shortlisted in the Urban Design and Residential Architecture- Multiple Housing categories. The final residential offering in Sydney’s $2 billion Central Park precinct, Wonderland comprises 295 apartments and retail space over 14 levels. Designed and constructed to a 5 Star Green Star rating, Wonderland incudes articulated façade louvers for shading and architectural enhancement. Slattery provided full quantity surveying services.

32 Smith Street, designed by Fender Katsalidis, has been shortlisted in the Commercial Architecture category. The stunning office tower delivers over 26,000m2 NLA of A-grade commercial office space. Slattery’s services included design competition stage services, which were awarded to Fender Katsalidis.
