Future Directions recently held their Annual Lawn Bowls Competition at the Middle Park Bowling Club. The tournament consisted of 36 teams competing in a ‘round robin knock out’ style game. From the 36 teams competing, one of our teams (Mixed 2) was victorious in claiming the title of Lawn Bowls Champions of 2015.
The winning team from Slattery consisted of Hamish McWilliam and Lisa Phoa, together with Jane Xu (DLA Piper) and Morgan Brown (Federation Square). Other participants from Slattery included James McCormick, Sandra Dias, Kai Yu, Dylan Yodgee, Scarlette Huang, David Kelly and Kerrie Phoa.
All in all, it was a great night and fantastic opportunity to network with other industry professionals.
