The Fashion & Textiles project saw the consolidation of facilities at the Brunswick Campus. It included significant gallery/exhibition space within the foyer including projections, new lecture theatres, professional sewing machine rooms and substantial façade works. The building was under-performing mechanically and required significant mediation works to rectify.

Make good and refurbishment of the Francis Ormond Building and Former Melbourne Magistrates Court. The building is of key state heritage significance.

Slattery was engaged to provide cost management services for the refurbishment and fit-out of two multi-storey buildings incorporating an auditorium, teaching space, science laboratories, staff amenities, offices and a computer lab with the end objective being to accommodate the Melbourne Graduate School of Education in quality purpose built accommodation.

Slattery completed the refurbishment of the existing VCA Theatres Building at the University of Melbourne’s Southbank campus. The works included new performance spaces, services upgrades and structural upgrades.
