Construction of a 2,600sqm ESD Green Skills Trade Training Facility comprising double volume hands-on simulation model training area, PC2 laboratories, teaching areas and ESD displays including geothermal heat, PV and solar cells, grey and rainwater recycling.

A three staged masterplan development comprising of a new senior school, performing arts centre, new middle school and a new gym and oval. The school participated in a pilot program for the Green Building Council of Australia's Education Rating Tool and achieved a four Star Green Star rating.

A two storey iconic building comprising library, offices, tutorial and conference rooms incorporating ESD initiatives, AV and IT challenges and risk management profiles. ESD features include thermal mass structure, recycled materials, efficient mechanical services and water collection and storage tanks.

New faculty building including academic offices, teaching rooms, lecture theatres, moot court, library, student facilities and car park.
