Slattery was engaged to provide full services for an 11,000m2 refurbishment for American Express’ workplace at 12 Shelley Street in Sydney. The project involves working in a live environment with refurbishment occurring across 11 floors while staff are still occupying the building. The works are procured using an early contractor involvement method. The project is due for completion at the end of 2019.There has been significant involvement in aligning cost reporting to AMEX internal reporting procedures and formats.
